Hollywood is a MESS, help us CLEAN IT UP!

On Saturday, May 13th we are partnering with Radiance International and TPUSA Faith - SFV to organize a trash pick-up in the heart of Hollywood.

Our plan is to meet at 9AM at Radiance International (1626 N. La Brea Ave) which will serve as our basecamp.

We will then disperse teams to collect any loose debris that is present on Hollywood Blvd between La Brea Ave and Highland Blvd. Depending on turn out we will expand our footprint beyond Highland if possible.

Clean Up Hollywood is a chance to bring together members of our Hollywood 4 Freedom community to work together in an outreach capacity for the city.

DO’s and DON’Ts of a trash cleanup:

• DO wear comfortable clothing and shoes that you don’t mind getting dirty. (Wear your H4F T-shirt if you have one!)

• DO bring water that you can carry.

• DO bring heavy duty gloves if you have them.

• DO bring trash pickers, grabbers, shovels, brooms and dustpans if you have them.

• DO bring a folding utility wagon if you have one. They can be used to carry filled bags and supplies along the way.

• DON’T wear flip flops or open toed footwear.

• DON’T bring valuables/purses that can be cumbersome.

PARKING INFORMATION: There is public parking available in a structure behind Radiance International for $15 . There is no parking validation provided by the church or Hollywood 4 Freedom. There is also street parking within walking distance to the church. (Hollywood 4 Freedom, Inc. is not liable for any theft or damage to vehicles or contents in vehicles that park in a parking structure/ garage/street).
